Today Qazpatent Director Yerbol Ospanov and President of "Dara" Presidential Initiatives Fund Asel Shildebaeva signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The parties intend to establish partnership relations and develop long-term, effective, and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of intellectual property, raise public awareness of the legal protection of intellectual property, increase human capital, and promote the development of the innovation economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Memorandum opens new opportunities for the exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of intellectual property and the implementation of joint projects and educational programs and is designed to bring to a new level of partnership between the Patent Office and the Foundation, which promotes the systemic development of creative industries through its projects.
We are pleased with this partnership and are confident that it will be useful for our society and will contribute to the development of our country in the field of intellectual property.
