On 24 April, Qazpatent held a training webinar on "Some Issues in Intellectual Property" for judges of the Specialised Inter-District Economic Courts.
Qazpatent's experts covered the legal protection of copyright, trademarks (determining confusingly similar or misleading), patenting and an overview of litigation in the field of intellectual property.
In the future it is planned to hold such training events for other interested parties in the field of intellectual property.
