On January 31, 2013 come into force the Regulation of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration and the granting of rights to industrial property, approved by Order № 29of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31 January 2013 "On approval of the Regulation of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights for State registration and the granting of rights to industrial property ". According to the Regulations introduce new blanks of protection documents and annexes to protection documents.
