The meeting with representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission

On 8th of February 2013 was the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission’s representatives.

The purpose of this meeting is to highlight the draft of the international acts assigned by the Ministry of Justice according to calendars plan for documents development in order to reach implementation of Agreement, forming Common economic space.

According to Calendars plan nowadays were developed three drafts of treaties, namely:

Draft of International treaty on common procedures for the registration of trademarks and items of origin (geographical indications);

Draft of International treaty on the definition of a common procedure for the management rights on a collective basis, in particular, the case of implementation of rights reward for free reproduction of phonograms and audiovisual works for personal purposes for creating parties data bases containing information protected by Copyrights and Related rights and the organization of information exchange, the creation and definition of the order of the Commission to coordinate the work of collective management of the States Parties;

Draft International Agreement on coordination of the authorized bodies of the Parties to protect the rights of intellectual property.

The meeting focused on the problematic issues of the above stated drafts and solutions, and also actual progress of the draft treaty.

Mainly the meeting had nice and friendly atmosphere.
