National Institute of Intellectual Property
On March 14, 2013 the Department of Justice of North Kazakhstan region was an organizational meeting on the upcoming opening of the branch of "National Institute of Intellectual Property in Petropavlovsk of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by Director of RSE «National Institute of Intellectual Property» of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice – S. Bekenov , Head of the State Register and the publication of "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice – M. Zhaldybaev , staff of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region, representatives of business SKOF ALE "National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan" Atameken Union "and the Russian JSC" Entrepreneurship Development Found "Damu", as well as representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of North Kazakhstan region.
Opening and operating procedures of the branch was the main purpose of the event.
In his speech, Director of RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property," said that Branch will provide interested parties a practical, methodical and advice in the design of the rights of intellectual property (inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks).
The same day, a working meeting of deputy governor of the North-Kahastanskoy region, dealing with business Bekenova KA with the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
