On April 26, 2013 in celebration of World Intellectual Property Day by Chairman of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of MJ of RK Abzal Estaev opened a branch of RSE "BRE" in Shymkent.
The event was attended by akims of all regions of the South Kazakhstan region, representatives of the Department of Justice of Kyzylorda, Taraz.
