National Institute of Intellectual Property
Committee on Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Department of Justice of Atyrau region on 19 - 20 June of this year conducts regional training workshop on "Legal protection and effective use of intellectual property."
The workshop will cover the main provisions of the legislation in the field of intellectual property: inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks / service marks of the national and the international system, the rights of intellectual property owners, the application of the law in a collision trademark rights, trade names.
The lecturers at the seminar were experts of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights, leading experts RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property", qualified patent attorneys of the Republic of Kazakhstan and others.
At the end of the seminar, all participants will be awarded certificates.
