In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 12 of the Law "On Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin" (after - the Law ) and the decision of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Justice of the RK dated 04.10.2013 , the applicants in the trademark applications ( according to the following list) , the expert organization to 01.12.2013 year will be notified of the need for a period of three months from the date of notification to submit documents confirming the payment of :
- The state fee for the issuance of a trademark;
- Payment of action of an expert organization for the preparation of documents for the issuance of a trademark.
According to paragraph 5 of Article 12 of the Act, the applicant in the case of non- established procedure of payment of the state fee for issuance of the certificate of trademark and payment operations expert organization for the preparation of documents for the issuance of the certificate of trademark registration of the trademark is not implemented and the corresponding application for the trade mark will be deemed withdrawn and the proceedings on it would be discontinued.
