Roving training seminar on «Trademarks and Industrial Designs; The use of rights to industrial property objects» was held in the JSC «RG Brands» on August 26, 2016 by the Training Center of the branch RSE "NIIP" in Almaty.
Following lectures were given: «Trademarks and industrial designs» by Zh.E. Omarbekova, Head of Department on analytical researches of trademarks and industrial designs; «Use of industrial property rights» by V.P. Fedurin, chief examiner of the Department of patent researches on inventions.
This seminar was attended by head and employees of the Juridical Department of the Company.
Many questions regarding the registration and protection of trademarks, industrial property objects on national and international levels, licensing contract arrangements and their role in business and others were given by seminar participants, which were answered by lectors.
