On the basis of the approved program the internship of patent attorneys and patent specialists of organizations on "Legal protection of industrial property objects in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held in the Training Center of the branch of RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" in Almaty on September 19-23, 2016.
The internship was organized in the form of lectures with practical training.
The lectures were made by heads of divisions and main experts of the branch of RSE "NIIP" in Almaty. Lectures were read in accordance with the approved program.
Each topic was accompanied by practical exercises.
Internship participants asked a number of questions regarding the registration of industrial property objects at the national and international level, the content of contracts of complex entrepreneurial licenses (franchising) and its role in business and others, and received comprehensive answers from branch’s lecturers.
At the conclusion of the internship, participants expressed their gratitude to the experts of the branch for the given information and hope for further fruitful cooperation.
