The seminar on «Legislation of Kazakhstan on the issues of intellectual property» and the «Shapagat» contest" was held by the Institute of information and computer technology with the participation of employees of the Institute on November 24, 2016.
Following lectures were given: "Legislation of Kazakhstan on the issues of intellectual property by chief examiner of the Department of patent researches on inventions V.P. Fedurin, «Promotion of invention and innovation in the Republic of Kazakhstan» by Zh.A. Serikbayeva and «Electronic filing of applications for IP objects» by B.O. Nazarov, chief specialists of the Training center of the RSE «NIIP» branch.
Seminar participants asked a set of questions regarding the registration of industrial property objects, namely the registration of objects for the invention and electronic filing for IP objects.
At the end of the seminar, the Deputy Director of the Institute of information and computer technology Orken Zhumazhanovich Mamyrbayev thanked the organizers of this seminar for providing legal clarification on the issues of intellectual property and wished fruitful work.
