In the framework of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Branch of RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" in Almaty held "Open Day" on December 13, 2016.
Director of the branch Z.Orynbekova opened the event with her opening speech and congratulated participants on the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Heads of Divisions and experts of the Training Center of the Branch of RSE "NIIP" made presentations on the activities of the Branch of RSE "NIIP", on the Republican contest in the field of inventions "Shapagat", on patenting inventions and utility models in accordance with the amendments in the Patent Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the registration of trademarks in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Customs Union (EAEU), on electronic filing of applications for documents of title.
The event was attended by representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" in Almaty, Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute, National Center for Tuberculosis Problems.
At the end of the event the guests showed interest in the issue of patenting inventions and utility models in accordance with the amendments in the Patent Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and thanked the organizers for giving information on the patent issues.
