Training center of the branch of the National Institute of Intellectual Property ("NIIP" branch) of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan holds a seminar on "Legal protection and basic forms of transfer of intellectual property rights. Foreign patenting. Electronic filing of applications for industrial property objects" in Almaty on January 24, 2017.
The legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of intellectual property; electronic filing to IP objects; legal protection of selection achievements; foreign patenting and basic forms of transfer of rights to IP objects will be discussed at the seminar.
Lectures will be read by heads of divisions and examiners of "NIIP" branch.
During the seminar, examiners of "NIIP" branch will provide advice and practical assistance on registration, legal protection, and protection of intellectual property and on electronic filing to IP objects.
The seminar will begin on January 24, 2017 at 10.00.
