Participation in the work of the republican seminar: "Ways of further development of legislation on the legal protection of intellectual property in the Republic of Kazakhstan" at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University (KAZGUU)
Today, on April 3, 2017, the director of NIIP Yerbol Ospanov and the heads of structural units took part in the work of the republican seminar on the theme "Ways of further development of legislation on the legal protection of intellectual property in the Republic of Kazakhstan" organized by the Institute of Civil Law Studies of KAZGUU with the participation of students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the University.
Director of NIIP Ye. Ospanov made a report on the topic "Actual issues in the field of registration of trademarks and appellations of origin", and also answered numerous questions of seminar participants.
Heads of structural units participated in the discussion of topical issues of protection and registration of rights to means of individualization.
Director of the Institute of Civil Law Studies Doctor of Law, Professor Т. Kaudyrov made a presentation on "Current Trends in the Development of Intellectual Property Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and, noting the importance of the event for students and undergraduates, thanked the guests for participating in the discussion of issues on the agenda of the seminar and invited NIIP to cooperate.
