National Institute of Intellectual Property
Meeting of the director of the National Institute of Intellectual Property E.K. Ospanov with patent attorneys of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on the basis of NIIP branch in Almaty on April 6, 2017.
This meeting began with a speech of NIIP director E.K. Ospanov, who acquainted the participants with the results of 2016 Institute’s work and forthcoming plans for the development of Office's activities. The report on the activities of NIIP branch and on the activities of the scientific and technical council was made by the director of NIIP branch in Almaty Z.O. Orynbekova.
The event was attended by the deputy director of NIIP K.O. Batayeva, representatives of the Association of Patent Attorneys of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Union of Patent Attorneys of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other patent attorneys.
During the meeting, issues related to the Draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Legislation in the Field of Intellectual Property" and further cooperation issues were discussed.
