National Institute of Intellectual Property
On February 26, 2019, the branch of «National Institute of Intellectual Property» held a training seminar on «Copyright».
At the seminar, Z. O. Orynbekova, Director of the branch NIIP made a welcoming speech and spoke about some of the changes made to the legislative acts in the field of copyright.
In this seminar as a specialist in the field of copyright was invited, B. T. Aidarbekov who gave a lecture «On the activities of organizations that manage property rights on a collective basis». In addition, the chief specialist of the Training center B. O. Nazarov gave a lecture on the following topics «Types of objects of copyright» and «Оbtaining a certificate for the object of copyright».
During the seminar, questions were asked about filing an application for copyright and entering information into the state register, obtaining a copyright certificate for the object of copyright, the purpose and scope of collective management of property rights and others.
At the end of the seminar, the participants thanked the staff of the NIIР branch for organizing the training seminar, noting its relevance and importance.
