RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites you on April 29, 2019 at 3.00 pm to the seminar on application and registration procedures for trademarks, appellations of origin and industrial designs at the address: Nur-Sultan, Korgalzhyn Highway , building 3B, conference room.

The seminar will address the following questions:

• the role of trademarks and appellations of origin in the management of intellectual property;
• the procedure for electronic filing of applications for the trademark, appellation of origin and industrial design;
• requirements for filing applications for a trademark, appellation of origin and industrial design;
• procedure and stages of examination for registration of trademarks, appellations of origin and industrial design;
• procedure for the international registration of trademarks.

Employees of the Department of Justice of the city of Nur-Sultan of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will also take part in the seminar.
