National Institute of Intellectual Property
"Open Day" was held on April 23, 2019 in the branch of the RSE NIIP in Almaty.
On April 25, 2019 during the whole working day the doors of the central office of the RSE NIIP were open to all comers.
The event is dedicated to the celebration of the International Day of Intellectual Property, this year is held under the auspices of "In the struggle for gold: IP and sport", with the motto - "Faster, stronger, higher!".
The offices of the RSE NIIP were visited by: patent holders, representatives of domestic companies, patent attorneys, students and other interested persons working in the field of intellectual property. The guests got acquainted with the full application process, with the practice of patenting inventions and utility models. Experts held a consultation on the main types and approaches in the creation of inventions and requirements for the purposes of foreign patenting.
The heads of departments who greeted the guests spoke about the legal protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks and appellations of origin in the Republic of Kazakhstan, copyright registration, as well as ongoing work to promote the role and value of intellectual property.
All the guests came expressed their gratitude for the organization of the event with the hope of further cooperation.
