On April 30, 2021, a webinar on the legal protection of intellectual property for entrepreneurs of the eastern region of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held with the participation of regional chambers of entrepreneurs “Atameken”.
The webinar is timed to coincide with the International Intellectual Property (IP) Day and is dedicated to an important topic for business - intellectual property and mechanisms for its protection.
During the event, the speakers of Kazpatent covered the issues of the legal protection of industrial property objects, registration of copyright for their own work, maintaining state registers, concluding agreements on the disposal of exclusive rights, as well as the possibilities of IPR Center as part of Kazpatent.
