Today, on October 20, 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding (Memorandum) was signed between the RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazpatent) and the State Agency of Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent).
The signing ceremony with a welcoming speech was opened by the Kazpatent director Yerbol Ospanov, during which he congratulated Rakhat Kerimbayeva on her appointment as director of Kyrgyzpatent, wished her success in her professional field, and also noted the main directions of cooperation between the Offices’ within the framework of the Memorandum.
Rakhat Kerimbayeva, in turn, emphasized that the signing of this Memorandum will favorably affect the development of partnership between our Offices.
Following the signing, the parties expressed their intention to begin interaction within the framework of the Memorandum in 2022.
