Results of the annual republican contest of inventors "Shapagat"

09 December, 2021

The competition in the new format was held for the fifth time. Among the ten winners of the competition are innovators in the fields of agriculture, mining, medicine and the technical industry. Finalists of the competition are determined by SMS voting. Participants of the 2021 competition are inventors from Kazakhstan with valid patents issued in 2020. The winners with the highest number of votes are:

  • Sayakhat Nukeshev, an inventor from Nur-Sultan with an invention related to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to tools for the main tillage and intrasoil application of mineral fertilizers. The problem that the invention solves is to increase the uniformity of the introduction of various mineral fertilizers into the soil at different depths while reducing the energy consumption of the technological process and the metal consumption of the structure;

  • Boranbay Ratov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Technologist, Research Professor at Satbayev University with an invention related to the mining and oil and gas industry, in particular, to cutting rock-cutting tools for drilling large-diameter wells for various purposes in soft and medium-hard rocks. The technical result of the invention is to reduce the energy consumption of drilling and to increase the productivity of drilling large-diameter wells;

  • Moldir Zhandabayeva, Rector of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technologies, Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, doctoral student (Phd), with the invention of a method for producing a carbon dioxide extract of the herb Khatym Thuringia (Lavatera thuringiaca L.). The main objective of the invention is that at the subcritical point with the use of a CO2 extract, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic hydrophilic substances are well extracted with liquefied gas and have a high dielectric conductor;

  • Damira Ibrayeva, Lecturer of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the International Kazakh-Turkish University in Turkestan, founder of the medical center, doctoral student, highly qualified obstetrician-gynecologist of the 1st category, MS, with a method for stopping postpartum hemorrhage. The objective of this invention is to develop a conservative method for instant and effective stopping of bleeding, which is absolutely not traumatic, convenient and easy to perform and does not require large expenditures;

  • Nurzhan Bulatov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering and Transport Services, Director of the Department of Science and Innovation of Baishev University with an invention intended for the collection, sorting and disposal of solid domestic waste from several-level and multi-storey residential and public buildings and structures;

  • Nazym Tuktiyeva, Semey Medical University, is one of the winners with the distraction system of the external fixation apparatus. The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely to pediatric traumatology and orthopedics, can be used for lengthening the tubular bones, as well as for arthrodiastasis of the hip joint. The task of the utility model is to develop a distraction system of an external fixation apparatus with a metered and controlled distraction mechanism;

  • Akmurat Aktynbek from Nur-Sultan, with an invention called "Device for separating suspensions into particle classes". The invention relates to the mining industry, water treatment, water treatment, and can be used in geotechnology, hydrometallurgical processing of uranium and other metals, in the enrichment of minerals, separation, classification of two and multicomponent suspensions, emulsions, waste, sludge, as well as for cleaning industrial waste, circulating and waste water;

  • Almasbek Kassenov from Almaty, Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, who presented a device for cleaning the filter string of wells for various purposes. This device cleans the inner walls of wells, filters and restores the permeability of the bottomhole zone of the productive formation, thereby achieving the most complete use of the kinetic energy of the flow of the drilling fluid to create a cavitation effect, and when the cavitation bubbles collapse, the resulting shock wave affects each point of the cleaned surface due to the rotation of the body , which increases the degree of cleaning of both the well with a filter and the bottomhole zone of the productive formation in comparison with similar devices;

  • Azimzhan Ramazan, 12th grade student of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Nur-Sultan for the invention of "A boat operating on salt water". The advantages of the utility model are that salt water fuel is not a toxic product and the use of salt water fuel extends the life of the engine due to the ease of use and operation in the form of a conventional flushing of the engine with running water. It is important to note that the advantage of this utility model is environmental friendliness, which prevents pollution of the environment with exhaust gases and products;

  • Nazym Tleuberdi, second-year undergraduate student of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov closes the top ten winners with the rapeseed method (Brassica Part L.) of CO2 extraction from seeds. The main task of the utility model is to obtain an extract by the CO2 method - extraction at a subcritical point based on medicinal plant raw materials pane (Brassica part) and to determine the chemical structure, as well as to create a universal product for pharmaceutical and cosmetological use. The resulting phytosubstance can be used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries to create highly effective, medicinal properties.

It should be noted that the Shapagat contest has been held since 2004, and since 2017 it has moved to the online format. All video presentations of inventions are available on the competition website.
