On the basis of the decision of the service provider on registration of the appellation of origin of goods and (or) granting the right to use the appellation of origin of goods, and upon payment for the services of the service provider for registration of the right to use the appellation of origin of goods, information on the appellation of origin of goods shall be entered into the State Register of Appellations of Origin of Goods.
In order to obtain a state service, the applicant (hereinafter - the service recipient) sends through the portal an application with attached documents specified in paragraph 8 of the list of basic requirements for the provision of the state service “Registration of the right to use the appellation of origin” according to Annex 6 in the Rules in the form of an electronic document signed by EDS. The application and attached documents shall be submitted in the Kazakh or Russian language.
Payment shall be made by non-cash method through the payment gateway of the second level bank integrated with the information system of the service provider newcab.kazpatent.kz by bank details specified in Annex 3 to the Rules.
To receive a state service, the applicant sends through the portal:
1) application with attachment of documents specified in paragraph 8 of the list of basic requirements for rendering the state service “Registration of the right to use the appellation of origin of goods” according to Annex 9 in the form of an electronic document signed by EDS.
2) electronic copy of the power of attorney (if the application for public service is submitted through a representative).
Information on the document confirming payment is obtained by the service provider from the relevant state information system through the “e-government” gateway.
Term of rendering the state service: within 10 (ten) working days.

Issuance of a duplicate of an appellation of origin certificate
When issuing a duplicate of an appellation of origin certificate:
1) petition of an individual and (or) legal entity (owner);
2) electronic copy of the power of attorney (if the application for public service is submitted through a representative).
Information on the document confirming payment is obtained by the service provider from the relevant state information system through the “e-government” gateway.
