We would like to inform you that since July 12, 2019, state duties will increase by 2-4 times in Ukraine for all actions related to the protection of intellectual property rights: copyright registration, patenting, trademark registration, including actions related to making changes, transferring rights and renewal.
Mainly, the increase will affect the cost of registration and renewal of trademarks.
The corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 496 of 12.06.2009 has already been published and will come into force in less than a month.
