The RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on April 22, 2019, changes were made to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Decree No. 983 of September 18, 2013 “On Approval of the Registry of Public Services”.
The introduced changes provide for a non-alternative form of rendering state services in the field of intellectual property - in electronic form.
Currently, work is underway to approve relevant standards and regulations of state services in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. From the moment they are approved, applications submitted on paper will not be accepted
