On the approval of standards of public services in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights

RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on August 2, 2019, the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amending Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2018 No. 1481 “On Approving Standards of Public Services in the Field protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights”.

In accordance with the order, the state services provided by the RSE “NIIP” are fully automated.

The form for providing the results of the provision of public services is electronic.

Thus, applications for the provision of public services submitted on paper will not be considered.

This requirement does not apply to applications filed on the basis of notifications (of registration, of partial registration, of the grant of patents) sent by the RSE “NIIP” before August 2, 2019.
