We are pleased to announce that starting from October 1, 2019, in order to create additional conditions for applicants, taking into account numerous requests and wishes, according to the order of the acting Director of the RSE NIIP of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2019 No. 323, the RSE NIIP additionally introduces “accelerated preliminary search of verbal, graphic and combined designations in the database of trademarks and applications for registration of designations in accordance with the ICGS with the provision of a search report regarding classes of goods and services specified by the customer” within 1, 3 and 5 working days.
In this regard, paragraph 22 of section 5 of the order of the director of the RSE NIIP of January 3, 2019 No. 3нк is set forth in the following edition
