NIIP delegation visited Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT)

NIIP delegation, headed by Director Yermek Kuantyrov, visited Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT) in Ankara and met with TURKPATENT President Dr. Habip Asan on February 13, 2020.

The Parties exchanged experience and information on the current development of States’ patent systems, and also discussed areas of bilateral cooperation within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding planned for signing between NIIP and TURKPATENT.

Offices intend to sign the Memorandum in the fall of 2020 during the 60th series of meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
