Payment for the state services provided by the RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" is only made online.

To make a payment, click on the "Pay " button. In the "New payment" window, you need to read the tariff and click on the "Pay" button. When you click on the "Pay" button, the system takes you to the EPAY page
