On March 4, Qazpatent held a webinar for the grantees, university professors’, scientists and JSC Science Foundation employees on the topic "Several Aspects of Intellectual Property".
The webinar discussed the issues of patenting inventions and utility models, international patenting under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), regional patenting of inventions under the Eurasian Patent Convention, issues of utilization of rights to industrial property objects, the main forms of transfer of rights, and also covered the topic of intellectual property protection.
In the future, it is planned to hold such training events for other interested stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
