On February 27 Qazpatent held a webinar for the experts of Forensic Expertise Center and Republican Chamber of Forensic Experts on the topic "Establishing Likelihood of Confusion of Means of Individualization".
The webinar addressed the issues of trademark registration and determination of similarity between trademarks, as well as the participants discussed the judicial practice of recognizing trademarks and means of individualization as confusingly similar.
In the future, it is planned to hold such training events for other interested stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
