Regional training workshop “Legal protection and effective use of intellectual property” on 19 - 20 June

19 - 20 June of this year the Committee on Intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Department of Justice of Atyrau region hold a regional training workshop on “Legal protection and effective use of intellectual property”.

The main provisions of the legislation in the field of intellectual property including the legal protection of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks / service marks of the national and the international system, the rights of intellectual property owners, the application of the law in a collision of rights of owners and trade names will be covered on the seminar.

The lecturers at the seminar will be the experts of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights, leading experts of the SE “National Institute of Intellectual Property”, representatives of public organizations and government agencies.

Participation in this event is free.

All participants will be awarded with certificates at the end of the seminar.
