Working visit of the Rector of the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property I. Bliznec on March 28-29, 2014

On March 28 of this year Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( hereinafter - the Committee ) visit the rector of the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RSAIP) I. Bliznec. I. Bliznec participated in a videoconference on the virtual G-Global Project on "Provision of intellectual property rights - Protection against unfair competition. Ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet " in the framework of the videoconference Chairman of the Committee A.Yestayev was awarded diploma for I. Bliznec in honor of the 20th anniversary of the patent system in Kazakhstan and commemorative medal.

Committee leadership on March 29 took part in the final round of the Kazakhstan VI International Olympiad on Intellectual Property for seniors. The organizers of the final round of the Kazakhstan were RSAIP Public Fund named after Sirbu Maulenov national writer of the Republic of Kazakhstan , State Prize named after Abay , International IT- University, Republican Scientific and Practical Centre "Daryn". International Olympiad in intellectual property for high school students held under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Patent Office and patent offices of other countries, the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, Russian Authors' Society, local government, local government education, education authorities and Russian subjects of educational institutions in other countries. The outcome of the Olympiad Rector RSAIP a lecture on the protection of copyright and related rights, which were marked by the main trends in the development of international law in this area. I. Bliznec highlighted the importance of protection of copyright and related rights on the Internet, the fight against piracy. Also I. Bliznec met with the leaders and experts of RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" where they discussed issues of development strategy of the field of intellectual property.
