On July 22, 2016 the Training Center of the Branch of the National Institute of Intellectual Property (NIIP Branch) of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty holds a seminar on"Legislation of Kazakhstan on intellectual property issues. Electronic filing of applications for industrial property. Legal protection of industrial designs and trademarks".
The seminar is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, covering the industrial property objects such as industrial designs, trademarks and appellations of origin. The seminar will address the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of intellectual property; Electronic filing of applications for industrial property rights; legal protection and use of trademarks, appellations of origin, industrial designs.
Lectures will be read by experienced staff of the Branch of RSE "NIIP".
After the seminar, the specialists of the branch will be given advice on the legal protection of the sites reviewed during the workshop and the electronic services provided by RSE "NIIP".
The seminar will begin July 22, 2016 at 10.00 a.m.
The seminar will be free of charge.
