Roving training seminar on «Electronic filing and the use of industrial property rights» in the LLP Law Firm«Synergy Partners» was held by the Training Center of the branch of RSE NIIP in Almaty on August 11, 2016.
Following lectures were given «Exercising right on the objects of industrial property» by V.P. Fedurin, chief examiner of the Department of patent researches on inventions; "Electronic filing of applications for industrial property rights" by B.O. Nazarov, Chief specialist of the Training center.
This seminar was attended by partners and employees of the firm.
Many questions regarding electronic filing of applications on the objects of industrial property, registration and protection of intellectual property, registration of licence contracts and their role in business, judicial trials in the field of intellectual property and other questions, which got answers from lecturers of the branch.
