On February 13, 2018 at the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev held a guest seminar on the topic "Use of industrial property objects."

The seminar was organized on the appeal of the University for the teaching staff..

The chief expert of the office of patent research on inventions branch of RSE "National Institute of intellectual property" V.P. Fedurin gave a lecture on "Types of contracts. License agreements and types of license".

The seminar was attended by 23 people, where the audience showed high activity. Many questions were raised regarding the transfer of rights on a contractual basis, in particular the assignment of rights and their registration with an Authorized body. The procedure of examination of materials submitted by applicants for registration of transfer agreements in whole or in part was also touched upon.

At the end of the seminar, the participants thanked the organizers for the provided explanatory work on intellectual property.
