Results of sports competitions among structural divisions of RSE “NIIP”

April 20, 2019 in the sports complex "Dynamo" a tournament in volleyball and mini-football among the staff of RSE "NIIP" took place. The event is dedicated to the celebration of the World Intellectual Property Day, which this year is held under the auspices of "In the struggle for gold: IP and sport", with the motto - "Faster, higher, stronger!". A total of 5 women's volleyball teams and 5 men's football teams took part in the tournament.

At the opening of the tournament, Deputy Director Makpal Shugaipova addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, wishing the teams a successful game and a worthy victory. The tournament "In the struggle for gold" provided the Institute staff the opportunity to feel like real professionals and show the high level of the game. The game was accompanied by the active support of the fans, the team spirit was present on the court.

According to the results of the volleyball competition, the “Tornado” team, consisting of employees of the Division on Development and International Cooperation, the Division on Copyright and the Division of Legal Affairs and Monitoring of Government Services, won. The 2nd place was taken by the team of the Department of Inventions, Utility Models and Selection Achievements under the name "Diamonds", the 3rd place was taken by the team of the Division of correspondence accounting and Archive – “Positive”.

The victory in the mini-football competitions among men was won by the team of the Department of Finance - "Arkalyk". The 2nd place was taken by the "Adilet"team, consisting of employees of the Division of Legal Affairs and Monitoring of Government Services, the Division on Copyright and the Division of Patent Information and the automation of examination stages. The third place belongs to the team of the Department of Trademarks, Appelations of origin and Industrial Designs called "DTZ City".

On the same day, the sports complex "Orlenok" hosted a friendly volleyball match among the teams of RSE "NIIP" and the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after Saken Seifullin. Vice - rector of the University - Head of the center of science and innovation Ismail Tokbergenov addressed the guests and participants of the competition with a welcoming speech. In his speech, Ismail Tasanbievich congratulated the staff of RSE "NIIP" with their professional holiday and wished the teams good games. As a result of the game, the women's team of RSE "NIIP" lost to the team of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University with a score of 1:3, the men's team of RSE "NIIP" won with a score of 3:2.

Like all key events, the campaign dedicated to the World Intellectual Property Day is dedicated to the world of sport and is designed to create interest in young people to a healthy lifestyle and to attract them to sports.

Prizes to participants and winners of competitions will be handed over on April 25, 2019 in a festive atmosphere.
