The 11th meeting of the ICIPLP took place

On September 14, 2021, the 11th meeting of the Interstate Council of Intellectual Property on Legal Protection and Protection (ICIPLP) was held in a hybrid format.

Delegates from state bodies and National Intellectual Property Offices of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan attended at the meeting. Representatives of the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Eurasian Patent Organization attended as observers.

During the event, the delegations of the participating States exchanged information on the work carried out during the reporting period and measures taken to improve the field of intellectual property within the framework of integration processes in the region, a draft Methodological Recommendations on the valuation of intellectual property rights was presented for further consideration and comments. and proposals by the participating States during the next meetings of the ICIPLP.
