The fifteenth session of the Advisory Committee on Enforcement (ACE) was held in a hybrid format, both at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva and through an online platform.

More than 30 speakers from around the world, representing both developed and developing countries, discussed recent developments and national experiences in relation to the following topics:

· Institutional Arrangements to Address Online IP Infringements

· Coordinating IP Enforcement

· The Role of Intermediaries in IP Enforcement (Online and Physical)

· Specific Awareness-raising Products and Activities

· New Technologies in IP Enforcement

· Adjudication of IP Infringement Cases

· WIPO Support for Capacity Building in the Area of Building Respect for IP

Altyn Sapargali, head of the Intellectual Property Rights Center (IPR Center), presented information on Government Initiatives, Enhanced Cooperation and Expanded Outreach and Awareness-raising Activities in Kazakhstan.

The working documents recordings of the webcasts are available on the ACE webpage.
