About depositing the Madrid Protocol

The Republic of Kenya on 12 March, 2014 deposited the following declaration:

- In accordance with Article 8 (7) of the Madrid Protocol (1989), the Republic of Kenya in connection with each international registration in which it is specified in paragraph 3 of this Protocol, and in connection with the renewal of the international registration of each such individual wishes to receive a fee, instead of a share in revenue from the supplementary and complementary fees.

This declaration in respect of the Republic of Kenya will enter into force on 12 June 2014.
