Employees of the National Institute of Intellectual Property held a lecture for doctoral students at the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office

The keynote speaker was Altyn Sapargali, chief expert of the Research and Analytical Work Department of the RSE “NIIP”. During the lecture, general issues in the field of intellectual property law were highlighted. The information provided related to the activities of RSE “NIIP”, including the services provided, examination of the registration of intellectual property, the timing, legislative regulation of this area, current changes, international cooperation, existing problematic aspects and ways to solve them.

The chief specialist of the Office of Legal Support and Monitoring of Public Services, Nurkeldi Temirkhan, spoke on the topic: “Judicial practice in resolving disputes in the field of protection and protection of intellectual property”.

The speakers also presented the main indicators for filing applications, issuing security documents, valid security documents.
