Accession by the State of Qatar to the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purpose of Patent Procedure

On December 6, 2013 The Government of the State of Qatar has acceded to the the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purpose of Patent Procedure of 28 April 1977 and amended on September 26, 1980

The above Agreement enters into force with respect to the State of Qatar on May 6, 2014
