On September 13 at 10:00 Qazpatent held a webinar for members of the the Republican Collegium of Legal Consultants on the topic “Legal protection of intellectual property objects”.
Within the framework of the webinar, issues of legal protection of a trademark, preliminary examination of trademarks, registration of trademarks abroad, the Madrid system, legal protection of geographical indications and appellations of origin, public services for industrial property and means of individualization, as well as issues of commercialization of intellectual property objects were disclosed.
In the future, it is planned to hold such training events for other interested stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
