On May 22, 2024, Astana hosted a round table on the topic "International Congress of Turkic Franchising Associations: Prospects and opportunities for franchising development in the Turkic space"
The round table discussed broad prospects and opportunities for further development, expansion of business sectors and creation of a favorable atmosphere for cooperation in the development of the franchise industry in Central Asia Asia. The event was attended by Deputy Director of Qazpatent Artykova Aydin, representatives of the Department of State Registers, Publications and Registration of contracts on the disposal of rights to industrial property, as well as representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Senate and the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The chairman of the CAAF, representatives of the Franchise Association of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, as well as the founder of the MIORA GROUP holding, BIZ Franchise, Chairman of the Kazakh Franchise Association "Kazfranch" spoke at the round table. They held B2B meetings with the participants of the meeting.
The signing of the Memorandum became a catalyst for the creation of partnerships and the exchange of experience between the participants, stimulating economic growth and the development of franchising in the region.
