National Institute of Intellectual Property
The Summer School will provide an opportunity for IP experts and young professionals from various fields of science and education, as well as senior students, to gain deeper knowledge in each field of IP, as well as to explore the role and functions of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
The Summer School program consists of lectures, case studies, simulation exercises and group discussions on selected IP topics. After successful completion of the training course, all students who have fulfilled the requirements of the training program are issued a certificate of participation.

Course payment dates: May 15 - May 31, 2024
Venue: Astana, Mangilik El ave., 57A.
The summer school will be held in a hybrid format – virtually on the Zoom platform and face to face presence.
To participate, send an application to the website along with your resume, motivation letter and a copy of your passport or ID card.
Registration fees are paid by the RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Qazpatent) after receiving notification of acceptance of the application from Qazpatent.
The amount of payment for the following categories:
i. students from developing countries and countries with transition economies: 50 USD;
ii. young professionals from developing countries and countries with transition economies: 100 USD;
iii. Students from developed countries: 100 USD; and
iv. young specialists from developed countries: 150 USD.
