On September 22, 2023 Qazpatent held a webinar for judges of district courts on "Some issues in the field of intellectual property".
The webinar covered issues of legal protection of copyright in the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal protection of trademark and determination of confusing similarity and misleading capacity, topical issues in the field of patenting, as well as issues on litigation in the field of intellectual property.
In the future it is planned to organize such training events for other interested persons in the field of intellectual property.
