Director of NIIP announced

Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akerke Akhmetova presented Yermek Kuantyrov to the staff of the National Institute of Intellectual property as a director on February 17, 2020.

Mr. Kuantyrov worked in the system of justice, the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan; served as NIIP Deputy Director in 2017-2019, as Deputy Director, Department of IP Rights, Ministry of Justice, in 2019-2020.

He holds a master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Columbia University under the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Bolashak”.He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

Recall that Yerbol Ospanov became the holder of the Bolashak international scholarship for internships at King's College London, UK, and now he is on study leave since February, 2020.
