On 29 September, Qazpatent held a training webinar for entrepreneurs at the Qolday Centre for Entrepreneurship on the topic: "Intellectual property in Entrepreneurship ".
The event was held as part of the IP Around Me campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's intellectual property system.
Qazpatent's experts covered legal protection of inventions and utility models, international patenting of inventions under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), regional patenting of inventions under the Eurasian Patent Convention (EAPC), commercialisation of intellectual property, and legal protection of copyright.
Such training events are also planned in the future for other interested parties in the field of intellectual property.
