In January 2019 was held report-election meeting of the Union for the period 2017-2018., on which progress reports were heard, elections of a new Board, Chairman of the Board of the Union and the audit Commission, as well as the inclusion and withdrawal of members of the Union were held. According to the results of voting at the meeting, the members of the Board of the Union were elected: A.A. Abdykulov, O.V. Pastukhova, M.K. Tusupova, K.S. Kompanets, V.R. Nasretdinov, M.Zh. Elibayev, Zh. А. Abylkhanova.
Zhanna Abylkhanova, registration number 167, was elected Chairman of the Board of the Union. For information, since 2016 the Chairman was Balzhan Kutumova.
Thus, now the Union includes 33 members (patent attorneys), 1 of which is an associate. The Union has its own website – www.ipunion.kz
